This web site is a quick reference guide that provides access to some important information from the OEB Graduate Student Handbook. It is not comprehensive so please refer to the handbook, or the GSAS handbook, if you cannot find the answers you are looking for.
Your graduate student representatives, Brian Arnold and Laura Lagomarsin, are great resources and are here to help you.
Chris Preheim, in the OEB Administration Office, handles all matters related to graduate student life including: teaching fellow appointments, OEB requirements, and financial support.

Courses & Registration
The 2011/2012 course catalog provides an updated list of course offerings and course information. Harvard's registration process is outlined on the Graduate Student Registration web page. For more information regarding course offerings or the registration process please contact the Registrar's Office at 617-495-1543.
Travel, Reimbursement, & Financial Matters
To learn about Harvard's travel policies please visit the Travel and Reimbursement Web Site. For questions or information on purchasing methods, reimbursements, your student research account, or any other financial matters speak to your lab's administrator or contact Anna Salvato, Manager of Financial Operations, in the OEB Financial Office. For questions regarding your stipend contact Chris Preheim If you would like to have your stipend deposited directly into your bank account please fill out the direct deposit form. Email, Home Page, and FAS Computing Serivces
Information on your email account will be given to you during New Graduate Student Orientation. If you have any questions or problems with your OEB account please see the OEB Information Technology Services Web Page.
For information and access to your FAS account go to the FAS Email Web Site. FAS Computing also offers students with a personal home page and free software. To learn more about computing services offered by FAS please see their web site.
OEB Listservs
There are listservs that you can join to keep updated on OEB happenings. The first is the graduate student listserv in which you are automatically enrolled. Another is the OEB seminars listserv to which you may subscribe at oebseminars-join@lists.fas.harvard.edu
