Congratulations to Kaylin Chong (Brian Farrell, Advisor) awarded the [Vincent Roth Fund for Systematics Research from the American Arachnology Society (AAS)](https://www.americanarachnology.org/society/grants/research-grants/) for her project, "Developing a phylogeny for ticks (order: Ixodida) based on target enrichment of ultra conserved elements (UCEs)."

The Fund supports undergraduate or graduate student AAS members whose work focuses on the taxonomy or systematics of any arachnid group.
