Professor Peter Girguis was featured in [Harvard Magazine's Five Questions](https://www.harvardmagazine.com/five-questions/harvard-professor-peter-girguis-marine-biology). His research focuses on how marine organisms survive and thrive in the ocean, particularly in deep-sea and extreme environments, such as hydrothermal vents.
