Congratulations to PhD candidate Laura Ostrowsky (Jeannine Cavender-Bares) recipient of the [Cunin/Sigal Award](https://arboretum.harvard.edu/research/our-scientists/arboretum-award-recipients/) from the Arnold Arboretum for the project titled, "How do *Acer rubrum* populations from a wide latitudinal gradient differ in regenerative success in a forest understory experiment?"  The award will aid Laura's research on how trees respond to changing environments through both adaptation and acclimation.
