He will discuss how the lab is using a variety of approaches, including experimental embryology, transcriptomics, comparative genomics, and development of functional tools, to uncover gene function and understand how phenotypic novelty is generated at the molecular level.</p><p>	Host: Professor Hopi Hoekstra</p>
